Pre trip communication was good, but wrong. We got word that are taxi would need to be changed if we had too much luggage. I explained how much luggage we had and later found out that the taxi size was correct. When the driver showed up, this was obviously a huge mistake. The driver somehow managed to get five full size suitcases into this minivan. Mostly by piling two on top of each other in the front passenger seat, limiting his visibility. If the person making the booking thought this was a possible handicap they should have ordered a larger van. It was very very crowded in that van and it was a long ride. Luckily the driver made it work. Otherwise we would have had to stay and wait for another car to be dispatched
