Drivers were nice. English was limited but my Spanish is limited so we were both 50/50 to blame hahaha. Overall, they were courteous and I'm not one to like to chit chat a lot anyways when on the road. I recommend using these guys. They will email you to let you know when the driver will arrive on the day of departure so no biggie if you have no phone coverage.
