I booked the transfer from the Airport to the hotel only about 4 hours before arrival and was nlt sure if they would be able to arrange it in time. I chose the regular minivan for the 4 of us. I received a confiramtion with instructions within minutes and when we arrived our driver was waiting with the Discovery Mundo sign and confirmed my name when we approached him. To our surprise, right in front of the airport arrival doors he was waiting for us in a new SUV which they use for Vip transfers which was a nice surprise. The drive was confortable and the driver drove safe. Highly recommend.
