The Discovery Mundo rep was waiting for us at the airport as promised with our name on his sign. We were led to our waiting vehicle and all of our bags were taken care of by the representatives while they got us into our air conditioned vehicle and got us drinks. The vehicle was a clean and comfortable. The driver on our 40 minute trip from Cancun to Playa del Carmen was extremely friendly and courteous. He told us about the area and answered our many questions about Mexico as this was our first trip here. He made it a great start to a great vacation. We would highly recommend this company.
