This service was incredible all the way around. I had booked a roundtrip shuttle service from Cancun airport to Puerto Juarez (headed to Isla Mujeres) for my mother and I. My mother's flight was delayed so she did not wind up getting there until a day later but went ahead and booked a one way trip through Discovery Mundo and was beyond pleased with the ease. I had Daniel on the way and we had Lupe on the way back. Both were awesome in every way: fun, friendly, talkative and helpful. I will absolutely book through Discovery Mundo in the future after this experience and recommend it highly to anyone.
