I showed up at the airport. It did take a few minutes to find the right person. He then lead us to our shuttle and off we went. I did try to reschedule the pickup/return time at the last minute. The girl on the phone said they could do it. The reality was that the driver was already on his way. Bottom line. A compromise was made and the driver waited for us!! It was a very nice gesture. Anyway, I would highly recommend this service.
