This was the easiest airport transportation we have experienced in Mexico. Our driver was waiting for us right outside the building. It was a private vehicle that took us to the ferry. When we arrived at the ferry dock in Cancun for our return to the airport, there were a lot of people that got off the ferry looking confused on how to get a taxi, or other transportation. We went to the pick up area at the ferry dock, and within 10 minutes our driver came through and announced our name. We were back at the airport in no time.
We had friends that arrived in Cancun without arranging their transportation. When they emailed us about the cost and that they had numerous drop offs prior to getting to the ferry dock-I decided to check into pre-booking our transfer. I am glad I did, not only was the cost much less, we arrived at our destination in half the time.
