We arrived as a group of 14 Gringos in Cancun! We would have been easily confused with all the activity and vendors as soon as you exit the airport.
Our driver was easy to find and took us away from the crowds. He was courteous and swept us away to our adventure on a comfortable new van.

We received emails notices for our return to the airport and our experience was the same on return.
