Our drivers were different for the ride from and back to the airport. This was my first experience in Cancun and subsequently with Discovery Mundo. I'm overly cautions when it comes to trusting someone else, so I was a little hesitant to book a shuttle service rather than securing a cab at the airport. I read reviews and found it to actually be cheaper to go the shuttle route. It was a great experience. The drivers were on time, professional and clean cut. I would highly recommend this service.
