Being picked up at the airport was fairly easy. They had a spotter out front, with a not terribly obvious sign, but I was able to find him without too much trouble. He handed me off to an actual driver within <5 minutes and we were off. In all, it was easier than a previous transfer with a different company had been. Coming back to airport was even better, as the driver arrived 10 minutes early, and came up to our condo to bring down the bags himself.
