We arrived in Cancun a little early and there was a representative waiting that didn't see my name on the list at first, but he immediately told me that he would call and take care of the situation. After waiting for about 3 minutes, he found the gentleman that was to be our driver just on the other side. Service was fast, prompt, and I felt very safe. The company goes above and beyond to make your trip great. The vans were clean, comfortable, and even had a car seat for those people traveling with children. On the way back to the airport they were early to pick us up, and service was again phenomenal. I have no regrets and am thinking of using the service to transport everyone coming down for my wedding next year.
