They picked us up from the airport in Cancun on time. They didn't try to sell us tours. The driver was courteous and asked if we needed to use the facilities or buy something to eat since it'll be a 45 min drive. We were the only folks they picked up, so it made the trip much more enjoyable. They were punctual in picking us up from our hotel in Playa. We will be using them again on our next trip. Gracias!
