Rafael picked us up promptly in Cancun, holding a sign with my name on it and a big smile. He led us to a big clean van, loaded our luggage, and we cruised to Tulum in A/C. We were staying at a place that was off the beaten path, and even though we told him he could drop us off at the nearest hotel and walk, he insisted we get back in the van and took us right to the place, and waited with us until our host arrived to unlock the door. Then on our return, he was there waiting right on time, with that same warm smile, and brought us back to the airport in the clean A/C van, right to the door. Comparatively the rate for this service was good, and I would definitely use it again.
