We were met at the airport. The instructions provided were excellent as far as coming thru customs, which way we were to go and where to meet our driver. The driver was very courteous and friendly.

As we were preparing to leave Playa del Carmen, we were told the driver would arrive at 815am. He arrived early and was there waiting for us when we checked out. We had the same driver so he knew exactly where we needed to go.
