Pick up at airport (Cancun) was on time and easy to find. Our driverSammy was helpful and the van was cool and clean. We arrived at our ferry in good time. On our return journey I asked by email for a slight time change and this was accommodated with no fuss. We were kept informed by email of a slight delay which was very helpful. I would not hesitate to use this service again.
