Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the Cancun Airport. Our flight was an hour late so I was happy to see the driver waiting for us. We were transported quickly and safely to the Isla Mujeres Ferry. We purchased a round trip. When we returned to the airport, the driver was about 10 minutes late. Discovery communicated to me that he was going to be late. I was impressed with their customer service. All went well with our round trip transfer.
