Our flight was delayed for over 3 hours but they were there waiting for us which was a great relief after a long day of travel. They were very friendly and professional, even sang us a song on the way to the ferry. The van was new comfortable and air conditioned.
On the return trip they were waiting for us at the ferry. No wait time either way. Very happy with the service.
