We stayed at the Ritz, but decided to book round trip transport to and from the airport with Discovery Mundo based on other reviews. Look for the Discovery Mundo Sign not your last name & bring a copy of your voucher, which summarizes your arrival and pick up times. I was able to just show them a copy of the voucher on my phone. Transport from the airport was in a black SUV, return was the mini van, which we had booked. Both drivers were very professional and gave us almost the same level of service we enjoyed at the Ritz, which would be an impossible standard to surpass.
