After a disastrous experience with American Airlines we were met by David who expertly transferred us to the ferry for our trip to Isla Mujeres. He was perfectly professional in every way. David provided us with ice cold drinks and was very informative. Needless to say, Mundo and David were the highlight of our otherwise disastrous day!
