We arrived with Condor / Thomas Cook airlines in Cancun and headed straight out to the area where the various companies wait to pick up guests. We did not spot our discoverymundo representative so we called the number on the booking. The lady on the phone told us the name of our contact and then spotted him waving, we walked to him and confirmed his name. A very friendly guy. He called the driver and 5 min later our ride arrived and drove us to Puerto Juarez as we were going to Isla Mujeres. Be sure to give enough tips.
