We used Discovery Mundo over the holidays and were incredibly impressed with their service. Due to flight complications due to weather, I was forced into changing my pick up time a few times which was no problem for the company at all. Due to said flight issues, I even had to change my itinerary from the normal "Airport to ferry terminal service" to them picking me up and driving me to a hotel in Cancun centro instead as the ferries had stopped service for the night. This was no issue at all for the company. Upon my return from Isla Mujeres, they also had no issues with dropping me off at a resort in Cancun to meet up with our friends, rather than taking us to the airport. The drivers and the vehicles were top notch. Congrats on the wonderful and prompt service you provided.
