We were happy with our prompt and courteous airport shuttle service, but especially with Ian. He went above and beyond to answer a lot of questions we had about our travel plans. I was meeting someone in Cancun and neither of us had international cell phone service, and my flight was delayed, and he was very kind in keeping my traveling partner abreast of my flight delays when she called him.
