I have used Discovery Mundo twice now and will use them again next year for our annual mother/daughter trip to Mexico! This year, we had to make last minute pick up time changes and even change the drop off location from the airport to a hotel nearby because our flight plan changed. I emailed them, after hours, and received an email immediately confirming the pick up time change. The location drop off hadn't actually been communicated to our driver but I gave him the address and he called his office for some direction help and got us there, all with a smile and helpful attitude, even though it probably took him longer than he was scheduled for our pick up. I trust this company and each employee, that I have had interaction with, have been professional, kind and helpful!
