The online booking was easy and the confirmation gave lots of great information about finding our driver (and what to avoid). Our driver was at his designated spot outside of the terminal in Cancun. He was friendly, spoke English well, and answered all of our questions. The van was clean and comfortable. We arrived promptly to our destination at the Puerto Juarez as planned. Service worth a good tip!
