I scheduled a pickup from my hotel in Tulum to the Cancun airport. One note: if you book online, the form asks you departure time. I accidentally put the time that I wanted to be picked up at, not the flight departure time, and as a result my pickup time was automatically scheduled 3 hours prior to my desired pick up time! Whoops! Regardless, I was able to clear this up very easily via email - to which Discovery Mundo was very communicative. On the day of, everything went great! Driver showed up right on time and we got to the airport easy peasy. I would recommend and use them again!
