The Cancun airport is a mass of confusion. All kinds of transportation scams going on at once. If it were not for my Discovery Mundo Shuttle service, I would not know who to use or how much to pay. Reserve them in advance, then look for them outside the airport and you will be taken care of. Clean vehicles, polite drivers. I have used them twice, and recommended them to others who were likewise pleased.
