Our trip started with an extremely easy pick-up from
Cancun Airport. The driver was exactly where he was supposed to be, the vehicle was clean and nicely air-conditioned, and the trip was very pleasant. Our connecting tickets for the ferry from Punta Juarez to Isla Mujeres worked easily and we were very pleased with the entire experience.
