We had reservations for transportation to and from the airport and the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal. The van was waiting for us as advertised at the airport and transported us to the ferry terminal. On the return trip we arrived at the mainland early in a burst of caution. The driver was there and was ready to transport us even though we arrived earlier than expected. Both drivers were professional and courteous. We were so pleased with our experience.
