Great Service

Lupe Ramirez was our driver and he was very welcoming and kind! As the first face we really interacted with (besides very serious customs and the nice man who found us in the crowd and brought us over to wait for the shuttle) in Cancun - he was very welcoming and warm. I think it's very important to have a friendly driver who can embody the spirit of relaxation and fun to the passengers! In Cancun, driving to a resort, you're on vacation and you want things to be laid back and easy. Lupe spoke great English (which was a relief to us because we are horrible at spanish and were too busy to practice before coming on vacation) and we had a lot of fun chatting on the way to the resort. He gave us some ideas for excursions in the area and even gave us a history of Cancun! I had no idea that people spoke Maya there. I love history and that was super interesting! I've told quite a few people upon my return :) Great driver, great vehicle, and a lovely service. Excellent

Highly recommend Discovery Mundo for airport shuttle at Cancun airport. Driver was waiting for us at designated location- even though our flight was earlier than scheduled and I thought we would have to wait the driver was there. It was also very easy to contact Discovery Mundo- we wanted to change our pick up time going from our resort back to the airport- I emailed them this request - received an immediate response confirming the time I wanted - driver arrived on time. Each Driver for arrival and departure spoke English and were good dr\ivers.
