Great Job and No Hassles

We use Discovery Mundo every time we visit Cancun and we have never been disappointed. The greeters are right there for you and, as soon as you contact the greeter, they take care of you as if you are the only person they are working with. We always use the private shuttle to avoid multiple stops at other resorts and the slight increase in cost is well worth it. The drivers are very courteous and efficient and I have never had a driver that I considered a bad or unsafe driver. They handle your luggage and make sure you are comfortable during the ride. On the day you depart, they are always on time and there is no need for you to contact them to make sure they will be there. You can count on it. Make sure you read, understand and follow the instructions in the email that you get when you make your reservation and you will have no issues.

Airport shuttle

Shuttle to and from the airport was on time( actually early). Drivers were friendly and courteous . Fabian was great setting every thing up and he followed up to confirm my satisfaction . Thank you, Mr. Ron

Professional and Dependable

The service was a perfect start and perfect end to our honeymoon. Both transfers were on time and both drivers were professional. Easy to book. It was nice to have a friendly face waiting to pick me up in a foreign country I was unfamiliar with. It was great!

Perfect Transfer to our Resort

We arrived at the Cancun Airport and had a porter (not a timeshare person) take our luggage outside. It was an advantage to have the porter because he found Carlos right away for us. Carlos took our name and called the car right away. Carlos stayed with us until the car came so none of the timeshare people would bother us. Great to have Carlos there and he was friendly and considerate. Much appreciated. The driver was a very nice guy who tried to keep up a conversation but it was difficult for him and we understood that. His driving was safe and cautious and he made sure that our luggage was secure, etc. For the return trip, the driver was right on time and he handled luggage for us and was very courteous and a safe driver. Great job all around and the price was very fair. I will always use Discovery Mundo when we come to Cancun and I will ALWAYS choose a private ride. For a few extra bucks it is well worth it. Thanks so much for being there and doing a great job.
