Driver was on time to pick us up at the Iberostar Hotel. Friendly and quick drive to the airport. Same with when we landed. This company is great!

Always there

We've used Discovery Mundo five times. We have six of us, including a three year old. They always provide a car seat, drivers are always helpful. This time we had a mix-up. A driver passing himself off as Discovery Mundo showed up early and told my wife he was leaving because we weren't there. I was devastated, thinking we'd lost our ride. I called DM and they assured me our driver was on the way, even though I must have sounded crazed. They were very polite despite my unnecessary ranting. Will use them again and again.

Highly Recommend Discovery Mundo

Loved the communication from Discovery Mundo before our airport ride. I did not have to call and check on our pick up time from the hotel. The driver was on time and probably even early for our pick up. I hoped we had not kept him waiting as we finished checking out of the hotel. Excellent overall service. Would definitely use this company again.

I have used Discovery Mundo for five years now, and I am never disappointed. We had a charter flight this time and they emailed me the day before because they couldn't find it on the airline site. I gave them flight info and they were right on time. Straight to the hotel, no nonsense, and the drivers are friendly and helpful with the luggage. On the way back to the airport, again the driver wasn't sure which terminal because it was a charter. He radioed ahead and got the information. I won't use anyone else!

I have used Discovery Mundo about half a dozen times now and I will never switch. They always pick me up promptly at the mad house Cancun airport. My name is on a big sign and they take me and my family of five with two grandkids straight to the hotel. Car seat was provided. The drivers are always courteous and friendly. Well worth the money.

Excellent

Excellent excellent excellent.... Somehow, I messed up and had scheduled a pick up at 11:30 for a 1 pm flight. Not only did our driver get us there in time, he also reached out to a friend at the airport who helped us through the airport. This was a great experience and I will definitely use them again

Great service!

Arriving was a bit confusing. I was expecting someone to be very visible. We had to ask several people before your people. Once we found them, the staff was very courteous and apologized that the vehicle was held up in traffic. There were a lot of people arriving when we arrived. After we connected everything went very well. The vehicle was clean. The driver courteous. At departure, the driver was very prompt. Again, the the vehicle was clean. The driver was courteous. Great service! A suggestion - sending a reminder about pick-up time.
