Happy experience

Reserved 8 hours prior to needing it (most shops require at least 24 hours). Ricardo was a courteseous professional. Polite, set expectations, took care of us along the way. The only thing I’d wish for would be to notify us by email whether you will Be able to accommodate us. Since we reserved in less than 24 hours, we didn’t know until actually seeing Ricardo with our names whether someone will be there to pick us up. Since many of us have phones with emails these days, a simple “Yes we will be able to accommodate you” would have eased our minds :)

Very professional!

We used Discovery Mundo for airport transfers in Puerto Vallarta. Both drivers were on time, friendly, and very professional. The vehicles were very clean and air conditioned. We would definitely recommend and use them again.
