Great service!

We would highly recommend Discovery Mundo for airport transportation. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport and we were very happy that we had a carseat for our baby both from and to the airport. On the way back our driver arrived early to pick us from our hotel. Both drivers were very nice and our drive was pleasant. We will use DM next time. Thank you.

Fantastic!

Our arrival was uneventful and our driver was easy to find which we appreciated in the sea of hundreds. The beers were cold when we got into our private vehicle for transfer which we appreciated. What I would really like to highlight is our return transfer to the airport. I inadvertently booked our return for a day later - probably looked at 2015 calendar rather than 2016 - than our actual return. When our driver was "late" in arriving, I called the customer service number and the gentleman on the phone was super helpful. He found and arranged for a driver to pick us up even though it was for the wrong day. We were worried that we wouldn't arrive at the airport in time to get through ticketing, baggage check and security, but our driver did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Discovery Mundo and we will definitely be using them again!
