Excellent!!

The driver showed up in a 2016 Suburban that was very clean and he even had beverages for us. The ride was friendly, fast and enjoyable.

Very efficient

The driver who picked me up at the airport on March 16 the was polite, efficient, and an excellent driver. He spoke excellent English and made the hour long trip to Playa del Carmen interesting and informative. I would recommend Discovery Mundo to anyone.

Great customer service

This was so easy to schedule and pay and it worked beautifully at the airport. Who wants to deal with all the people trying to get your business at the Cancun airport? Just walk outside and there is a professional driver with your name on a sign waiting to take you to your destination. And talk about customer service? One in our party lost their luggage and delayed our departure by an hour. The driver never looked upset or lost his cool. Very professional. And they let you pre select beverages to have in the car if you take the upgraded version (beer, juice or water) Great after a long flight! Highly recommend!
