Fantastic Service!!!

Upon our arrival in Cancun, we easily found our Discovery Mundo greeter and driver. They had two greeters in case we missed the first one because there is a crush of people exiting the airport. The ride was smooth, a car seat was included for our toddler, and cold drinks available. Our return ride to the airport was just great as well. We were picked up from our hotel on time and we delivered to the airport with plenty of time for our fight.

Great job

I can't stand the throng of time share salespeople at the Cancun airport, and we had much peace of mind knowing that we had a Discovery Mundo Shuttle expecting us. They were easy to find, the wait was minimal, and the 40 minute ride to our resort efficient and uneventful. Drivers and staff were very professional.

Amazing service

I had done some research prior to booking them and decided to get the private SUV service. Even though our flight had been delayed close to 2 hours they were still there waiting for us. Carlos was our driver and spoke enough English for us to feel comfortable. We had our Coronas waiting for us and enjoyed the drive to our hotel. Jenny was great at emailing and responding with updates and reminders. Our flight back home had been changed to an earlier flight and they were right there at the resort right on time. Guadalupe was our driver back to the airport and he was so nice and courteous. I would highly recommend this place. I would definitely use their services again when I come back.
