Excellent service to hotel

I was so happy with this service - right on time with a sign as I exited the airport - friendly people. I highly recommend their service and attention to detail. On our return to the airport, the driver was a few mintues late due to traffic and my phone was ringing on the exact time he was due to pick us up. Can't ask for better service. We had so much confidence that we were going to be well taken care of and really appreciate their service. Best price on the transportation end.

Quick and easy. Think it is still very pricy for a family for a ride to the airport but compared to all other offers the most trustful. Could be payed with Paypal which was also very convenient. Pick up at the lobby perfectly in time.

Great and Reliable Service

Awesome service! We have used Discovery Mundo airport shuttle service many times. Service was always great and reliable. However, it was a little hard to find them at the airport since they didn't have a cellar sign with our name waiting. This needs to be improved and maintained as a status quote always so that customers don't have to panic and search hard for find your service at the airport. Great car seats accommodation for our two young daughters. They really enjoyed the long drive to Tulum in the provided car seats. We definitely recommend and use this service again.

Stress Free Airport Transfer

Greeted at the airport very quickly following great pre flight instructions on meeting location. Driver was friendly and had cold drinks ready for us after the long flight. On collection back home they were on time. Car was of an excellent standard and clean. Would use again.

Excellent!

A perfect transfer. We arrived at Cancun and easily spotted our driver. It took a few minutes before the car showed up, but this is a super busy airport! Our driver, Daniel, had cold drinks for us in the car. We had a long drive to Tulum and we were very comfy in our private air conditioned SUV. Our return driver was on time at our resort and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. This is a great service. We booked an upgraded car and we're glad we did. A nonstop service was just what we wanted. No stops along the way to drop off other vacationers. Worth the extra few dollars!
