excellent service

Our flight was very late due to weather delays and our driver was there with drinks as promised in the rain. On our return i walked outside our hotel 15 minutes early and our driver was waiting for us. Every time I have the occasion to use the service I most absolutely will. What a fantastic experience

Very Smooth Process

The Discovery Mundo rep was waiting for us at the airport as promised with our name on his sign. We were led to our waiting vehicle and all of our bags were taken care of by the representatives while they got us into our air conditioned vehicle and got us drinks. The vehicle was a clean and comfortable. The driver on our 40 minute trip from Cancun to Playa del Carmen was extremely friendly and courteous. He told us about the area and answered our many questions about Mexico as this was our first trip here. He made it a great start to a great vacation. We would highly recommend this company.

From Hotel in Playa del Carmen to Airport

Great service. The driver arrived on time and made sure to find us waiting in the lobby. The drive was easy with no issues. I would definitely recommend using Discovery Mundo.

Great service

Everything was perfect and we would definitely use them again. We needed transfers to and from the airport and between two hotels we stayed at, they were on time, friendly, clean, and the vans were clean and air conditioned as well! Highly recommend Discovery Mundo!

Hi Jenny!

My daughter Michelle loved the dolphins - it was her first time with them in the water :-) my son jack had done the dolphin program before so he enjoyed it too...and of course I love dolphins :-) Paradise islands was a beautiful tour we all loved that , contoy island was gorgeous!! Haven't seen that much wildlife since I arrived in cancun :-) Thanks again
